These are the modules a campus uses after login. A lead can read each one and see what the office, the teacher, and the parent actually get — not a slogan.
Attendance management
The class register, staff attendance, and parent view share one day. A school can mark by section on the web, or feed the same reports from ID cards.
- Present, absent, and late for every section
- Monthly matrix the principal can print
- Parent calendar so the office is not answering the same call
Fee & accounts
Fee heads are set on the class. The counter collects against those dues, prints a receipt, and the remaining amount stays on the student until it is cleared.
- Class fee structure for the session
- Receipt with amount received and remaining due
- Defaulter list, due notices, and daily collection
Academics
Classes, sections, and subjects are the spine. Timetable, homework, and promotions sit on that structure so a teacher is not maintaining a second list.
- Sections, subjects, and teacher assignments
- Timetable and homework for the class
- Promotion, pass-out, and student records for the next session
Exams & results
From the date sheet to the printed marksheet, the exam stays inside the same class. Teachers enter marks for the subjects they teach. The office prints admit cards and results.
- Exam schedule and admit cards
- Seating, desk slips, and door sheets
- Mark entry and print-ready marksheets
Communication
Announcements, messages, and alerts go to the people who need them — a class, the staff, or parents on the Android app — instead of a separate WhatsApp group the school cannot search later.
- School and class announcements
- DLT SMS templates for fee and attendance alerts
- Push notifications on the Android app
Admin & multi-school
A trust can run more than one campus. Each school has its own students, fees, and staff. Platform roles onboard the school; the principal never sees another campus.
- Separate school workspace per campus
- Roles for admin, teacher, accountant, parent, and student
- School branding, downloads, and plan on the same login
How a new school starts
The platform owner onboards the campus, creates the school admin, and the school fills classes, students, and fee heads. From that day the same menus cover attendance, collection, and exams. Guides for each role are on the docs site, linked from the top of this page.
